What will you be doing?

The Learning Product Partner is the translation layer between commercial and the product. This role takes an employer or sector signal from Partnerships and Sales, turns it into a precise commission, and sees it through: quality-assuring content against the brief for sector accuracy, and executing smaller customisation tasks. The role does not own the employer relationship; that sits with Partnerships and Sales. The Learning Product Partner owns the architecture of our programmes and is responsible for ensuring that the products we build meet the requirements of our customers.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a stakeholder's needs into a clear, actionable brief or specification.
  • Demonstrated ability to quality-assure content or output against a defined standard, identifying inaccuracies before they reach the end user.
  • Demonstrated ability to build sector or subject-matter familiarity sufficient to make sound commissioning judgements independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly within a digital platform or authoring tool to make small content edits or customisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to judge when an issue can be resolved independently versus when it needs to be escalated.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with a commercial or sales-facing team without owning the relationship they hold with the customer.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret apprenticeship standards (or other qualifications) and assessment criteria and turn those interpretations into workable programme structures.
It would be great if you had:
  • Experience within apprenticeship, further education, or vocational training environments.
  • Experience with EducatedOn, Storyline, or a comparable content authoring or learning platform.
  • Experience working directly with employers to shape training content to their specific needs.
