Working for Lifetime Group isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to be part of a supportive and progressive culture that is focused on enabling people to fulfil their potential.
The Learning Product Partner is the translation layer between commercial and the product. This role takes an employer or sector signal from Partnerships and Sales, turns it into a precise commission, and sees it through: quality-assuring content against the brief for sector accuracy, and executing smaller customisation tasks. The role does not own the employer relationship; that sits with Partnerships and Sales. The Learning Product Partner owns the architecture of our programmes and is responsible for ensuring that the products we build meet the requirements of our customers.
