Job summary

A Global law firm based in London is seeking an ambitious Learning Adviser to join their dynamic Learning & Development Team on a 12-month contract. The role is varied, combining project management, content design and training delivery within a professional services context.

You will work with colleagues and external suppliers, raise the profile of the team, oversee inductions and help build the Business School brand across the firm's LMS.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role in a professional services firm (law, banking, accounting, etc).
• Clear and confident communication skills for dealing with internal clients at all levels and external contacts.
• Ability to use initiative and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project manage Learning & Performance programmes and curriculums with the Coordinator/Administrator to ensure smooth delivery.
• Deliver training through workshops, webinars, e-learning and video scripts.
• Raise the profile of the Learning & Performance team and promote a learning culture within the firm.
• Build and develop relationships with wider colleagues and external suppliers to design and deliver training solutions.
• Act as a point of contact and escalate queries when required.
• Contribute to building the Business School brand across the firm’s LMS.
• Oversee firm inductions – speakers, invites, registrations and evaluations.
