Laurel Lane Primary School is seeking a warm, proactive Learning Mentor to join the inclusion team. We are looking for a warm, proactive and skilled Learning Mentor to join our inclusion team and play an important role in helping children overcome barriers to learning.
This is a varied and rewarding role. You will work closely with children who need additional social, emotional, behavioural or learning support, providing support within the classroom as well as through targeted individual and small-group interventions. You will help children develop the skills and confidence they need to regulate their emotions, build positive relationships and successfully access their learning. These responsibilities reflect the purpose and pupil-support duties set out in the job description.
