Job summary

Plymstock School in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Mayflower Assistant and Learning Mentor to join our Alternative Provision Base. The role supports pupils with SEMH needs, attendance barriers and academic challenges, working closely with the Inclusion Team to mentor and reintegrate students back into mainstream education.

This full-time, term-time post is 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per annum, with a salary in the 21k–22k range (actual figures shown in the vacancy).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEMH needs in a school setting.
• Ability to support attendance, engagement and reintegration into mainstream education.
