St John Rigby College is inviting applications for a Learning Support Mentor on a part-time basis (32.5 hours per week) with a fixed-term contract to December 2026. Fixed Term Contract to December 2026 - Term Time Only
£25,951.00 - £26,818.00 Annually (FTE)
Actual salary range £19,454.30 - £20,104.25 (Sixth Form College Support Staff Salary Scale)
Responsibilities include supporting individual students in developing study skills, good organisation and work habits. You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young people and liaising with parents and carers to establish positive relationships.
