Outcomes First Group is hiring a Learning Mentor for Bramfield House School in Suffolk. You will provide personalised support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and build independence, both inside and outside the classroom.
You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team to implement a therapeutic, pupil-centred approach, fostering confidence and resilience in students. This role starts September 2026 and is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Bramfield House School is an independent special educational needs school for boys aged 7 – 16 years who have social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, located in rural Suffolk.
