Greencore Group plc is seeking a Learning Manager to lead learning interventions from our London sites, driving compliance and building an industry-leading training offer. You will lead Learning Associates and collaborate with HRBPs, GMs, and compliance teams to develop and execute a robust learning plan.

You will manage budgets, measure KPI impact, and foster a culture where learning drives performance and growth across Greencore's fast-moving operations.

Qualifications

• Strategic and hands-on L&D professional with a track record of delivering learning solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing learning initiatives across multiple sites.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the L&D team to execute the learning strategy across sites.
• Develop and maintain learning plans in collaboration with HRBPs, GMs, and compliance teams.
• Deliver learning interventions while ensuring governance, ROI, and KPI tracking.
• Manage Learning Associates and coordinate with other zone leads for specialist training.
• Monitor budgets and ensure on-time delivery of the learning plan.
