Greencore, based in Elveden, is seeking a Learning Manager to lead a team delivering learning interventions across our sites. This role ensures people development supports Greencore's business strategy, driving compliance learning and building an industry‑leading training offer.

You will lead a high‑performance team, champion learning best practices, and evolve approaches with latest thinking and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high‑performing L&D team and delivering learning interventions.
• Ability to collaborate with HRBPs, GMs and compliance teams to develop learning plans.
• Strong focus on compliance training, governance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the L&D team to deliver learning strategy.
• Develop learning plans at site/regional level with HR and compliance.
• Deliver learning within budget and measure ROI across the zone.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance of learning interventions.
• Collaborate with Early Career Managers and apprenticeship providers.
