Job summary

Trident Group – UK is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to shape a culture of continuous learning across the business. You will design and deliver engaging programmes, lead leadership development, manage the LMS, oversee compliance training, and work with managers to identify development needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across a range of audiences.
• Experience developing managers and leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using learning technologies and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual learning programmes.
• Lead management, leadership and skills development initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage and develop our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Oversee mandatory and compliance training, reporting and learning records.
• Enhance onboarding and induction programmes for new colleagues.
• Line manage and develop the L&D Advisor.
• Evaluate learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
