Job summary

Trident Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to drive a culture of continuous learning across the business. You will design and deliver engaging programmes, lead leadership development initiatives and partner with stakeholders to identify needs and implement effective solutions.

The role also involves managing the LMS, overseeing mandatory training and improving onboarding, while developing the L&D Advisor and evaluating impact for continuous improvement.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Lead to drive a culture of continuous learning across Trident Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging learning programmes that build capability, develop leaders, enhance performance and support organisational growth. You'll work closely with colleagues and managers across the business to identify development needs, create impactful learning solutions and deliver high-quality training that makes a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using learning technologies and LMS platforms.
• CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development (or equivalent experience).
• A passion for helping people learn, grow and succeed.
