Job summary

Arch Insurance (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design and deliver LMS-enabled learning solutions, manage learning systems and support the organisation's L&D strategy.

You will partner with subject matter experts to translate requirements into engaging digital content, manage projects end-to-end and analyse learner data to improve programme effectiveness, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders for impactful development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training.
• Experience administering an LMS and producing learning reports.
• Experience designing digital learning content with authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LMS-enabled learning resources (e-learning, videos, job aids, blended programmes).
• Manage LMS administration, learner enrolments, pathways and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate learning programmes from concept through delivery and evaluation.
