Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions across the organisation. The role combines instructional design, learning technology administration and programme management, working closely with the Learning and Development manager to deliver an L&D strategy.

This position is ideal for a learning professional with experience creating digital content, managing learning systems, and supporting

Qualificações

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training.
• Experience administering an LMS and producing learning reports.
• Experience designing digital learning content with authoring tools.
• Experience coordinating and delivering learning programmes from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop LMS-enabled learning resources (e-learning, videos, job aids).
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery with timelines and quality standards.
• Act as LMS administrator, user support and reporting lead.
• Produce regular insights on learner engagement, completion rates and impact.
• Coordinate learning programmes and manage communications, registrations and vendors.
• Stay informed on learning technology and instructional design trends.
