Arch Insurance is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions across the organisation. The role combines instructional design, LMS administration and programme management, partnering with stakeholders to enable impactful development.

This position is ideal for a learning professional with digital content creation, learning systems management and a drive to expand strategy, curriculum development and talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training.
• Experience administering an LMS and producing learning reports.
• Experience designing digital learning content using multiple authoring tools.
• Experience coordinating learning programmes from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data and trends.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop LMS-enabled learning resources (e-learning, videos, job aids, presentations, blended learning).
• Partner with SMEs to translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery with timelines and quality standards.
• Act as LMS administrator, user support and reporting.
• Manage course creation, learner enrolments, pathways and tracking.
• Provide regular reporting on learner engagement and programme effectiveness.
• Identify system enhancements to improve learner experience and efficiency.
• Build relationships with HR and business leaders.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend solutions.
• Support managers with learning recommendations and development opportunities.
• Coordinate learning programmes from planning to evaluation.
• Manage communications, scheduling, registrations and vendor relationships.
• Ensure training materials and records are maintained.
• Gather feedback, evaluate effectiveness, and propose improvements.
• Stay updated on learning tech and instructional design trends.
• Contribute ideas to enhance learning culture.
