Job summary

TST in London SE1 is seeking a Design Executive to join the Design Team. You’ll support the team to design virtual and in-person high-impact learning experiences, using behavioural science and creativity to craft engaging sessions and learning collateral.

You’ll collaborate across the organisation, present solutions to clients, develop session designs, and help with proposals. The role offers hybrid working in central London, with a collaborative, ambitious culture and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in learning & development or related environment.
• Experience in immersive or experiential training is a plus.
• Experience writing for different audiences.
• Experience in client relationship building.
• Knowledge of learning and behavioural science principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact learning experiences – virtual and in-person – with support from the Design Team.
• Develop detailed session designs with content and production requirements.
• Create learning collateral – physical, digital and e-learning – with support from the Creative Team.
• Adapt writing styles for different audiences from Early Talent to leadership.
• Present learning solutions clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate across the organisation to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support proposals and pitch preparation.
• Build understanding of basic financial principles to support project delivery.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge-building initiatives.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market activity.
