Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer for EZRA Labs in London on a hybrid work arrangement. You will design high-quality learning experiences translating coaching principles, leadership thinking, and psychological insight into practical, scalable programs for diverse client contexts.

This senior IC role emphasizes autonomous craft, collaboration with Marketing and Events, and mentoring peers while advancing design standards across workshops, webinars, and events.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills.
• Strong working knowledge of psychological principles and behaviour change.
• Background in occupational psychology, behavioural science, or related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience applying evidence-based approaches to learning and development in organizational contexts.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, usable learning experiences.
• Experience reviewing others' work and mentoring designers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of learning experiences across formats including workshops, webinars, and events.
• Translate principles from coaching, behavioural science, and leadership into clear objectives and activities.
• Design learning that is usable, scalable, and deliverable by others.
• Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to shared design standards.
• Act as a design reviewer, providing constructive feedback to improve quality.
