Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd in Knutsford seeks a Learning & Enablement Manager to build and lead a new function, delivering scalable training and enablement across the business. The role combines strategy with hands-on delivery to empower employees, customers and partners.

You will craft learning strategies, develop course content and implement certification pathways, while selecting learning technologies and measuring impact with analytics. Hybrid work applies after probation.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Enablement or Instructional Design.
• Strong track record designing, developing and implementing training programmes.
• Experience creating certification pathways or assessment programmes.
• Hands-on LMS experience including selection, implementation or management.
• Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning materials.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across teams.
