Care First 24 is seeking Learning Disability Support Workers to join a dedicated team in and around South Wales. You will support clients with complex care needs, promote dignity, and help them reach daily goals in a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Applicants should have at least 2 years' learning disability experience, be registered with Social Care Wales, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in learning disability care or health/social care settings.
• Registered with Social Care Wales.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to clients with learning disabilities.
• Maintain safety and well-being through tailored care.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training.

Role requirements

• You must have 2 Years Learning Disability experience working in a health or social care setting as Learning Disability support worker
• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Friendly and able to interact is essential for this package of care
• Autism awareness
• English language - Fluent oral and written.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Driving license preferred
