We need Learning Disability Support Workers in and around the Dorset area for a variety of packages.

Care First 24 is hiring experienced and confident Learning Disability Support Workers in Dorset for our specialist Paediatric and Adult Teams across the UK. These roles are perfect for professionals who pride themselves on delivering high-quality, complex clinical care within a stable home setting during various shift patterns available, from Long Days or Nights, in short or long term packages of care.

The Role

During the your shifts, you will ensure the safety and clinical stability of a child or adult with Complex needs / Learning Disabilities. As an example, some of your duties may include the following:

• Advanced Care: Managing tracheostomy care, BiPAP, oxygen monitoring, and oral suction.
• Nutritional Support: Managing PEG/JEG feeding and administering medication.
• Emergency Care: Monitoring for seizures and administering rescue medication.
• Family Liaison: Building trusting relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
