Job summary

crooton is seeking a Support Worker with a focus on learning disabilities. The role offers a guaranteed annualised hours contract with a pay rate of £13.30 per hour and a sleep-in supplement of £51.50 per sleep.

The position includes full- and part-time hours, days, evenings, and sleep-ins, with training provided. Responsibilities include personal care and mobility support for residents, including wheelchair users, plus daily living assistance, skills development, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; compassionate and flexible candidates encouraged to apply.
• Be comfortable providing essential personal care, including wheelchair users.
• Full, nationally accredited training is provided free of charge.
