Job summary

crooton is seeking a Support Worker (Learning Disability Focus) in Torbay, Devon. The role offers guaranteed annualised hours at £13.30 per hour with sleep-in enhancements of £51.50 per sleep, and a permanent contract with flexible full- and part-time hours.

Full training is provided free of charge, and staff will support adults with learning disabilities to live independently. Driving licence is preferred due to location, and shifts include days/evenings/sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• No experience required; caring nature and flexibility welcomed.
• Ability to provide essential personal care including support for wheelchair users.
• Full, nationally accredited training provided free of charge.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and mobility support, including transfers for wheelchair users.
• Deliver person-centred support for daily living, skills development, and community engagement.
