Job summary

crooton is seeking a Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities to live independently in Torbay, Devon. No experience is required as full, nationally accredited training is provided, and the role includes personal care and mobility support for wheelchair users, with shifts including days, evenings and sleep-ins.

£13.30 per hour on a guaranteed annualised hours contract, plus sleep-in enhancement of £51.50 per sleep.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; caring nature and flexibility welcomed.
• Full training is provided at no cost to you.
• Comfort with personal care and supporting residents who use wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and mobility support, including transfers for wheelchair users.
• Deliver person-centred daily living support, skills development, and community engagement.
