Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting Learning Disability Support Workers for frontline residential care roles in the United Kingdom. You will support individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities, promoting wellbeing, dignity and safety in a welcoming home setting.

We offer flexible opportunities including ad hoc shifts, full-time hours and sleep-in shifts. You will complete introductory shadow shifts to learn the routines, meet the team, and understand clients’ needs before working

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable clients (not necessarily Learning Disabilities)
• Caring, patient and compassionate approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment to high-quality support
