Job summary

MPA Recruitment is recruiting Learning Disability Support Workers to work with our client in Belfast, offering hourly rates of £12.75–£21.55 and flexible shifts, including 8am–2:30pm, 2pm–9:30pm and 8pm–8am. The service provides both long-term accommodation and short breaks for individuals with learning disabilities.

You’ll be supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care where required, social inclusion and emotional wellbeing, helping them develop life skills and enjoy

Qualifications

• Caring and patient approach required.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Experience in learning disabilities or residential care is beneficial.
