Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking Support Workers to provide person-centred care in clients' homes across Birmingham and surrounding areas, focusing on Mental Health Services and Learning Disability support. This role offers flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends, enabling real impact in people’s daily lives.

You will build trust, promote independence, and help clients achieve personal goals through community activity and tailored activities, with training and development

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention when required.
• Confidence in applying PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• Genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.

LOCATION: Birmingham, and surrounding areas

PAY RATES: Days £16.81 / Nights £18.91 / Weekends £21.01

Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
