Guardian Homecare in Basildon is recruiting Learning Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting service users across Basildon and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible shift patterns (full-time and part-time), full training, generous annual leave, pension and wellbeing benefits, with a commitment to empowering independence and high-quality person-centred care. No prior social care experience is required, and driving may be advantageous.

• Empowering independence by helping individuals develop essential life skills.
• Support community access to activities, college, shopping, hobbies and social events.
• Provide personal care with dignity (bathing, dressing, grooming).
