Job summary

Thornbury Community Services seeks empathetic Support Workers to help adults with mental health or learning disabilities in Sefton, Merseyside and surrounding North West areas. You’ll deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes, support independence, and join a compassionate team committed to building meaningful relationships.

We offer flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends, a strong training programme, and competitive pay rates with expenses covered for travel.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
