Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Blackburn and across the North West. You will deliver person-centred care and build meaningful relationships to support clients to live safely and fulfil their goals.

You will work flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends, promoting independence and community integration while upholding high ethical standards and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Ability to maintain risk and use physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
