Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to help people with a learning disability live safer, more fulfilled lives in their own homes across the North West. You’ll support personal goals, independence, and community activities.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.

• Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions.
• Enrich life and promote independence.
