Sunderland Home Care Associates Ltd. is looking for a Learning Disability Support Manager to manage supported living services and lead a team in Sunderland. You will play a vital role in promoting independence for the individuals we support and will be expected to work flexibly and be part of an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of senior management experience within an LD service.
• Good knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
• Suitable current UK driving licence and access to your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily operation of allocated supported living services.
• Support your staff teams and manage other colleagues.
• Participate in an on-call rota shared between managers.
