Job summary

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Learning Disability Nurse to support people with learning disabilities and complex health needs in a hospital environment.

You will be based at Yeovil District Hospital but will maintain strong links with the Musgrove Park Hospital team, working within a small but supportive service.

You will require excellent communication, teamwork and the ability to provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.
