Evolve Psychology is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, including structured observations and history interviews, and provide feedback and reports to families.
Hybrid role with in-person and remote work, supporting diagnoses of autism and ADHD, and participating in MDT discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year registered with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
- Minimum of 1 year diagnosing autism/ADHD in children and young people.
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
Responsabilités
- Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment.
- Carry out remote developmental history interviews via Zoom with parents/carers.
- Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
- Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
- Produce accurate clinical reports with diagnostic formulations.
- Work to meet service KPIs and contribute to supervision where applicable.
- Able to travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid).
