Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services in the UK is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people. The role combines in‑person and remote assessments across clinics, with a minimum three days per week and flexible part‑time options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children/young people
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD
• Trained in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R
• Strong written language skills for clinical reports
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent time management and caseload organisation

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents via Zoom
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
• Produce accurate clinical reports and diagnostic formulations
• Work to meet service KPIs
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid)
