Evolve Psychology Services is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, delivering diagnostic insights and tailored recommendations. Role supports NHS-funded referrals and private pathways with hybrid in-person/remote work.

Qualifications

• Registration with HCPC/NMC/GMC/Social Work England is mandatory for practice.
• Experience diagnosing autism/ADHD in children and young people.
• Ability to work within a MDT and produce high-quality clinical reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents/caregivers via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports and formulations with support of tools.
• Meet service KPIs and contribute to clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid only).
