NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (KMICB) offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with LD/Autism experience. Join the Specialist Mental Health/LDA Assessment and Placements Team and contribute to adult LD/A OATS panels.

You will provide clinical review, ensure appropriate care pathways, and support coordination to achieve timely, right-place care. 37.5 hours/week with some flexibility and on-site involvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or qualified Allied Health Professional with LD/Autism experience.
• Experience attending and contributing to LD/A OATS panels.

Responsabilités

• Attend LD/A OATS panels and offer clinical review and challenge to applications.
• Oversee care and treatment for patients placed via the LD/A OATS process to ensure appropriate care.
• Support Specialist Mental Health/LDA Assessment and Placements Team with concerns, queries or safeguarding issues.
• Respond to and manage CQC alerts or safeguarding matters related to KMICB services.
