Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join the ECL team on a casual bank contract. You will deliver personalised support plans for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, focusing on independence, social inclusion and quality of life across Essex.

You will provide practical, emotional and social support to help individuals reach goals such as gaining qualifications, budgeting, and independent travel, including personal care as needed.

• Passionate about providing high level of care to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
