Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver person-centered care in clients' own homes across Essex and surrounding areas. You will promote independence, support daily living, and help clients pursue personal goals while building meaningful relationships.
The role requires at least 12 months UK-based experience in community settings, confidence in risk management and physical intervention when needed, and familiarity with PBS standards.
