Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in St Neots is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to provide person-centered care in clients' homes and within the community. You will help individuals with learning disabilities lead safer, more fulfilled lives, building meaningful relationships and supporting goals.

Qualifications

  • 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
  • Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
  • Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.

Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Support Worker within Learning Disability Services

LOCATION: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire and various areas across the East.

Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
