Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to deliver person-centered care in clients’ homes across Hartlepool and surrounding North East areas. You will work across days, nights, and weekends, building meaningful relationships with individuals supported.

We value dedicated professionals with 12 months UK-based community experience, who can manage risk and apply PBS standards in services, while pursuing ongoing training and development within a compassionate
