Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to provide person-centered care in clients’ own homes across Westbury and surrounding areas. You will build trust, promote independence, and support daily living goals while ensuring safety and compassionate support.

Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Support Worker within Learning Disability Services

LOCATION: Bath, Sommerset and various areas across the South West.

Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
