Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in Hartlepool is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care in clients' homes across the North East.

You will support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, build meaningful relationships, and help clients achieve personal goals while embracing flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.

LOCATION: Hartlepool and various areas across the North East

Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
