Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager for a specialist service in the Carr Gate area, West Yorkshire. You will lead a care home supporting males and females with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, drive person-centred care, and ensure compliant practice while promoting dignity and independence for residents. An NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or progression toward it is required.

Qualifications

Must have previous manager experience in complex behaviours and learning disabilities.
Open to older people experience if there is evidence of complex dementia.
Energetic, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Lead, support and develop the team to deliver person-centred care.
Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
Ensure a safe, positive and nurturing environment for residents.
Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence in all aspects of care; collaborate with stakeholders.
