Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Registered Home Manager for a small care home in the Marston Green/Birmingham area. You will lead a dedicated team to provide person-centred support to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role requires an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, managerial experience, and strong knowledge of regulatory standards. The salary is £40,000–£42,000 per year, with a monthly pay cycle, and a 40-hour week on days.
