Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager for a specialist service in the Carr Gate area, West Yorkshire. You will lead a care home supporting males and females with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, drive person-centred care, and ensure compliant practice while promoting dignity and independence for residents. An NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or progression toward it is required.

• Open to older people experience if there is evidence of complex dementia.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage a specialist service based in the Carr Gate, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers

This is a fantastic care home which offers residential support for males and females with a variety of needs, including individuals with a learning disability, autistic people, and those with complex needs

As The Home Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Oversee the day:to:day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person:centred care

• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of careWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Must have previous experience as a manager specialising in complex behaviours and learning disabilities
• Open to older people experience if there is evidence experience with complex dementia
• Enthusiastic, energetic and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
• Able to show a can:do attitude at all times

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it**

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP45,000 : GBP55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on days with some occasional on calls.
