Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to join their team, delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training while supporting colleagues to grow their skills.

Ideal candidates will have health and social care experience, hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or be willing to work towards it), and be comfortable using a Learning Management System. This role covers Salisbury, Bath, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across service areas.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with LMS.
• Commitment to quality, compliance and person-centred care.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 AET/PTLLS with our support.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development Training Coordinator

The Role

• Part-time hours 3 full days (with opportunity to increase)

• £14.35 to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Covering Salisbury, Bath, Hampshire and surrounding areas

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about social care and excited by the opportunity to help others learn and succeed.

You'll:

Essential:

• Have experience working in health and social care

• Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

• Be willing to travel across our service areas

• Have strong IT skills and be comfortable using digital learning systems

• Enjoy engaging and motivating others

• Understand the importance of quality, compliance and person-centred care

• Be committed to keeping up to date with changing regulations, best practice and innovations in social care

• Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), PTLLS, or be willing to work towards it with our support
