Interpath is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team in London. You will lead learning initiatives, from diagnosing needs to designing impactful learning experiences and managing projects. As a key member of our Learning and Development team based in London, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our people to reach their full potential. We’re committed to investing in professional development—ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed and grow.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on our Learning Experience Platform—InterLearn, powered by Thrive—driving engagement and innovation in how we deliver learning. You’ll also support a wide range of learning initiatives across the full learning cycle, from identifying needs and designing impactful content, to delivering and evaluating learning experiences.
Working closely with the Head of Learning, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of topics—from essential foundation skills like induction and compliance, to advanced areas such as consulting, communication, and personal development. You’ll even have the chance to collaborate with world-class experts in their fields.
