Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Business Development Specialist to work remotely and help us generate qualified leads and client connections from the London and surrounding UK region. The role involves identifying, connecting, and building relationships with prospective clients and organizations in need of reliable outsourcing partners for staff augmentation, digital development, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the UK, especially in the London area, across industries.
  • Generate qualified leads and set up discovery meetings for our core services:
  • ▸ IT staff augmentation
  • Web and application development
  • Back office/data processing support
  • Conduct prospecting via LinkedIn, email, networking events, referrals, and other digital means.
  • Pitch our services with the help of provided marketing collateral or customize as needed.
  • Maintain communication with prospects until handoff to the internal sales or delivery team.
  • Collaborate remotely with our core team to align strategies and close deals.
  • Track all outreach and lead generation activity in a structured format.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development, especially for IT or outsourcing services.
  • Strong network or familiarity with businesses in the London or wider UK region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration:
