GBN is seeking a proactive and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement and evaluate employee training programmes. This role will focus on enhancing workforce skills, ensuring compliance and alignment against standards and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the area of learning and development. The successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills, engaging with a wide range of business stakeholders to determine training needs and ensuring associated interventions are both pragmatic and outcome-focused.
