Job summary

University of Kent is looking for a People Development Solutions Adviser to shape and deliver engaging learning that responds to staff needs and supports our priorities. The role sits within the Development and Inclusion Team, turning ideas and specialist knowledge into practical learning experiences.

You will design, deliver and evaluate a varied portfolio of learning solutions, working across Development, Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to build capability

Qualifications

• Create and maintain digital learning assets.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos and toolkits.
• Utilize the Learning Management System for delivery and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital learning assets in our LMS.
• Facilitate inclusive, engaging learning sessions for staff.
• Coordinate development projects from planning and piloting through to delivery and evaluation.
• Use learner feedback, participation data and evaluation findings to improve our offer.
