Job summary

VolkerWessels UK Ltd, a leading contracting group based in Doncaster, is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional. You will shape and deliver our organisation-wide development strategy, design leadership programmes, and drive talent and succession planning across multiple railway and construction sectors.

You will coach managers to enhance leadership effectiveness, build career pathways for emerging talent, and partner with senior leaders to close capability gaps using data-driven

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of talent and succession planning.
• CIPD Level 5/7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
• A passion for developing people and creating a culture of continuous learning.

You will:
